Chef Ricardo Lory’s story is one of grit, innovation, and heart. Starting at a young age selling food to his local community during the pandemic, he transformed passion into purpose, ultimately building multiple thriving culinary companies in Naples, Florida — including Chef Global’s Kitchen and Creative Catering Naples. Now, at just 26 years old with over a decade of hands-on experience, he continues to elevate Southwest Florida’s culinary scene with a focus on flavor, culture, and connection.

His dedication to excellence and innovation has earned him four consecutive Best of the Gulfshore awards for Chef Global’s Kitchen, as well as finalist placements for Best Caterer in the region. Through his signature Global Fusion Collections, Chef Ricardo combines international influences with modern presentation to craft memorable dining experiences that bring people together.
