Our journey began with the vision & expertise of Executive Chef Bob Schultz, whose distinguished career spans more than four decades. A graduate of Sophia University in Tokyo & The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Bob brought a world of flavor to Creative Catering Naples.

His influence stretches across major U.S. culinary destinations — from Minneapolis & Philadelphia to New York, San Francisco, Scottsdale, & St. Louis — where his commitment to quality, technique, & creativity earned him national acclaim.
