Welcome to Creative Catering Naples. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before booking any catering or event services with us.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Services Overview

Creative Catering Naples provides event catering, private chef services, food truck experiences, and curated meal packages throughout Southwest Florida.
All menus, pricing, and offerings are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

3. booking & payment

  • A signed catering agreement and deposit are required to confirm your event date.
  • Final guest counts and menu selections must be provided no later than 10 business days before the event.
  • Final payment is due before the event unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, or electronic transfer.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund, less non-refundable deposits and costs incurred.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
  • In the rare event Creative Catering Naples must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded in full.

5. client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue access, and any necessary permits or approvals.


Creative Catering Naples is not liable for delays or issues resulting from factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, power outages, traffic delays, etc.).

6. dietary restrictions & allergies

We take dietary needs seriously and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate allergies and special requests. However, all food is prepared in shared kitchen spaces, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

7. liability

Creative Catering Naples is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence.


Clients assume responsibility for any damages to equipment, décor, or property caused by guests or third parties during an event.

8. intellectual property

All website content, including images, menus, and written material, is the property of Creative Catering Naples and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written consent.

9. privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during inquiries or bookings is used solely to provide our services and is never shared with unauthorized parties.
