Building on that rich foundation, Chef Ricardo Lory, known affectionately as Chef Global, now leads Creative Catering Naples into its next chapter. Celebrated for his distinctive talent for blending international flavors, Chef Ricardo has been recognized among the Top 3 Caterers in Naples (2022–2024).

 

His culinary philosophy transforms every menu into a journey — bringing global fusion cuisine to life through bold flavors, vibrant presentations, & personalized event experiences. Under his direction, Creative Catering Naples continues to redefine what catering can be: not just a meal, but a celebration of world culture, connection, & joy.

Our journey began with the vision & expertise of Executive Chef Bob Schultz, whose distinguished career spans more than four decades. A graduate of Sophia University in Tokyo & The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Bob brought a world of flavor & knowledge to Creative Catering Naples.

 

His influence stretches across major U.S. culinary destinations — from Minneapolis & Philadelphia to New York, San Francisco, Scottsdale, & St. Louis — where his commitment to quality, technique, & creativity earned him national acclaim.

 

Recipient of the DIRONA Award & named “Chef of the Year” by the Hospitality Industry of St. Louis, Chef Bob built a foundation defined by meticulous ingredient selection, masterful preparation, & a pursuit of flavor perfection — principles that continue to inspire everything we do today.
